The Adaptive Sports Center in Crested Butte, Colorado is seeking a Multimedia and Interactive Marketing intern to assist its marketing and communications department with creating engaging, top-notch content this summer. The ideal candidate has a working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Premiere and knows how to go viral. This position spends a significant portion of time doing basic marketing and graphic design work for two of our organization’s biggest fundraising events: The Bridges of the Butte 24 Hour Townie Tour and the Crested Butte Open. Both events are fun and require your marketing and design expertise. Duties involve layout and design of publications, copy-editing, social media management, and photography. Basic graphic design skills are a must. When you’re not helping with these events, you’ll be out in the field working alongside our outdoor guides on mountain bike, rock climbing or canoe/kayak/rafting adventures. You will be expected to capture epic moments on camera and interview staff and participants about the experience. You will then be expected to create mini documentaries, highlight reels, commercials, and write short articles to post on our social media pages and website.
