Our 4th Floor Rental Space is available for a full-day rental for $8,000 and can accommodate up to 150 guests. The space features breathtaking 180-degree mountain views, including Mt. Crested Butte, along with both indoor and outdoor areas for a versatile event experience. Guests can easily access the 4th floor via elevators from the ground level, and the space includes five round tables seating eight guests each, plus 50 chairs. A wet bar is available to support catering services, making this a beautiful and convenient setting for fall and winter weddings, celebrations, and special events.
