Where were you born and / or raised? 
I was born and raised in Little Compton, RI. Home of the Rhode Island Red (state bird).

What's your favorite quote or something that you live by? 
“It’s an awful risky thing, to live.” - Carl Rogers

How long have you been skiing / snowboarding? 
I have been skiing for 24 years.

How did you come to work with the Adaptive Sports Center? How long have you lived in Crested Butte? 
This is my first season with the Adaptive Sports Center. I first learned about the program through Outside Magazine’s ‘Top companies to work for’ a few years ago, ever since then I have been dreaming about working for ASC!

Why did you choose to work with people with disabilities? 
I have had always had a desire to help others but also loved working in the outdoors. When I realized there was a job that combined both I was hooked!

What's your favorite thing about working at the Adaptive Sports Center? 
My favorite thing about working for ASC is the relationships that I am able to build with participants, their families and friends, and my coworkers. Every day I get to make a new friend!

What do you do in your free time? 
In my free time I like to bake, sew, and of course…ski!

What's a fun fact about yourself? 
I have traveled to 18 countries!
