We have very limited space for the rest of the season. If you have flexibility in your dates, please include that in your registration request. Please allow extra time for us to process your request. REQUEST YOUR LESSONS ASC Lesson Request and Registration *As a core part of our mission, we are dedicated to offering lessons to our family members and friends, however during our peak times our lesson availability may be limited for those without disabilities/diagnoses. Our top priority is providing lessons to adaptive skiers and snowboarders, so flexibility is greatly appreciated.* ASC Community Registration - For our local, full time residents of Gunnison and Hinsdale Counties. 2. WAIT FOR CONFIRMATION Wait for a registration confirmation on lesson date and time. ASC staff will do their best to follow up within 5 days of your registration request. Do not finalize any travel reservations in the event we are booked for your desired dates. 3. START PLANNING AND PACK YOUR BAGS FOR CRESTED BUTTE! Once your activities are confirmed, you can book airfare, lodging and any other travel considerations. COVID-19 Statement ASC's Cancellation Policy Activity Risk Statement Scholarships All activities offered at the Adaptive Sports Center are done so at a reduced cost. Even so, cost can be a barrier and we strive to serve all people, regardless of their financial situation. The ASC continues to monitor the evolving nature of COVID-19. The ASC reserves the right to require mitigation measures during a surge or other concerning future developments. In addition, mitigation measures may be implemented during specific visits with immune-compromised participants or groups. In the event mitigation measures are implemented, participation will be contingent upon the participant’s ability and willingness to comply with these measures. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THE NEED FOR MITIGATION MAY ARISE UNEXPECTEDLY. IN SUCH AN EVENT, THE ASC MAY REQUIRE MITIGATION MEASURES THAT MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO, THE FOLLOWING: ◻ Pre-arrival and mid-visit negative COVID-19 test results. ◻ N-95/KN95 quality mask when indoors and in vehicles ◻ N-95/KN95 quality mask when in close proximity to others outdoors ◻ Social distancing ◻ Public Health Orders Participants and families must be able to accommodate personal medical needs if a participant or someone in their party becomes ill during their trip. Please be advised that this could include working directly with local health care providers and other services for medical care. COVID-19 Related Cancellations If a cancellation occurs due to COVID-19, the ASC will consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for activity-specific fees. Accrued travel, logistics, and medical costs associated with the illness will be the responsibility of the participant.
