Where were you born and / or raised?
I was born and raised in Chapin, South Carolina, a small town just outside of Columbia.

What's your favorite quote or something that you live by?
“Once in a lifetime, never again” - A particular moment will never be fully replicated, so each moment is truly once in a lifetime.

How long have you been skiing / snowboarding?
I picked up skiing in 2019 when I moved to Colorado.

How did you come to work with the Adaptive Sports Center? How long have you lived in Crested Butte?
My first winter in Crested Butte I was a lift operator, and every day I would see the Adaptive Sports Center come through the lift line with the cheesiest, most contagious smiles on their faces. I worked an intern for the ASC the following summer and have been hooked since.

Why did you choose to work with people with disabilities?
I believe recreation is truly empowering, and all populations with all levels of abilities should have the opportunity to go outside and play.

What's your favorite thing about working at the Adaptive Sports Center?
The culture! The Adaptive Sports Center has developed a culture over the years that is truly unique, and I believe the proof is in the pudding. This organization brings people from all over the world to this little town in the mountains to connect and develop life-long relationships.

What do you do in your free time?
SKI and eat lasagna.

What's a fun fact about yourself?
I am the only red-head in my whole family!
